Shoulder and back pain carrying 10kg baby. What treatment?

My baby is 5 months old now and I’m sufferring from shoulder and back pain since he’s 2 months old. If I want to seek for DR’s advice, should I go to GP clinic, specialist, chiropratic, physiotherapists or pain relief clinic?

Anyone has experience with those treatment? How effective? Expensive?

If you are breast feeding your child, then I advise to seek either physical therapy or chiropractic care. Any medication given for the pain will be in the breast milk.

    if there was nothing wrong with ur palm sansation and ur arm movement, then u should go to GP.

    why don’t you try going for massage 1st?88db website has list of massage treatment you can try, i have the same problem too if i carry my son using the baby carrier
