High and mighty you aren’t pregnant (which causes akin ache), you’re doubtless ovulating. Occurs in mid logic typically & feels akin to mild cycle cramps/ache or pms symptoms & can also yield spotting.

A further possiblility is polycystic ovary/ovarian syndrom or PCOS. Pretty ordinary (I have it, numerous aquaintances/acquaintances do also!) & can be mildly to exceptionally painful & dabilitating from occurrence to occurrence. This can yield you to spot, too, when the cyst(s) erupts.
