i’ve been having it in the 1st trimester, but my last pregnancy i did with my daughter at 36 to 39 weeks. so it may maybe be labor. but i don’t know what’s causing it in the first trimester.

It’s habitual… depending on how the baby is positioned… it’s putting difficulty on your decrease back. Try repositioning physically even as you’re meeting or insincere down to take the difficulty off that area. Now and again it facility, now and again nothing facility. You can bet once the baby is out, that pain will go away… and new ones will initiation! ;-))

It is habitual. Your muscles are life stretched to the regulate. If it gets too terrible, you must try out with your doc. But I am sure here isn’t much they can do in this area it. I had terrible back pain and they gave me a nonstress test. Just to make sure it wasn’t labor. Just find a comfortable postion and stay here.
Excellent Luck

First of all, try to dodge being paid the pain in the first house - take fixed breaks, make sure your seat is adjusted optimally, and so on. In the end all those equipment they told you to do on your orientation way. In case you don’t work for a generous worldwide, and in the event you didn’t have a fancy orientation day.
