    Great video. When exercising which should we ultimately strive for: quantity or quality? More reps will burn more calories but proper execution is more efficient in the long run…..a dilemma.

    abs are made in the kitchen. eat right (see some of ahmad’s ‘lesson clips - 3 and 4 i think’), do cardio work to lose fat, then do ab work to tone up what’s left.

    thats the only time i can do them
    but it wasnt really the sleeping i was having a problem with
    it was eating really late, but thanks ill have to give that a try to :)

    have you tried doing your workouts late at night? i find that even though i tend to be mentally quite alert afterwards, it doesn’t effect my sleeping.
    also, my mum had terrible insomnia for years, tried all sorts, but the thing that helped her most was buying a radio/mp3 players that she can listen to in the night. radio shows, podcasts, audiobooks, all helps her. and lying down with your eyes closed is almost as relaxing & recharging as being asleep.

    so naturally i get hungry after a bit
    but ive been trying to keep myself from eating after midnight lately and it doesnt seem to have made a difference
