    Fantastic video. When exercising which must we eventually strive for: amount or feature? More reps will burn more calories but genteel execution is more well-methodical in the long run…..a dilemma.

    abs are made in the kitchen. eat aptly (see some of ahmad’s ‘example clips - 3 and 4 i reflect’), do cardio work to lose stout, then do ab work to tone up what’s left.

    but it wasnt really the sleeping i was having a conundrum with
    it was intake really late, but thankfulness ill have to give that a try to :)

    have you tried doing your workouts late at night? i find that even though i tend to be mentally reasonably alert afterwards, it doesn’t look my sleeping.
    also, my mum had terrible insomnia for being, tried all sorts, but the business that helped her most was buying a touchtone phone logic/mp3 players that she can take note to in the night. touchtone phone logic shows, podcasts, audiobooks, all helps her. and insincere down with your eyes clogged is very near as relaxing & recharging as life asleep.
