    your all so rude! and for what? i have seriously hurt my back three times in my life and let me tell you its one of the worst kinds of pain one can experience, imagine pain 24/7 and the inability to get comfortable or any kind of relief. you need these passive kinds of exercises to begin the healing process. and look what he is doing, giving help and advice to those who might need it, and in this world my friends, that is a rarity.     Well, the guy mentioned seven minutes to a stronger lower back, I believe he meant incorporating several into a 7 minute (minimum) daily routine.

    Do what’s comfortable for you. I’m about to try these. For me, I degenerated 3 of my discs in the army…so it’s a permanent thing, but I want to build up around it so that I can function relatively normally again.
